PSI CHI International Honor Society in Psychology

Founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology. Membership is open to graduate and undergraduate men and women who are making the study of psychology one of their major interests, and who meet the minimum qualifications.

Psi Chi is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is an affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association for Psychological Science(APS).

 

Note that there are two application periods for the Hunter Chapter of Psi Chi, Fall semester (generally from September 1 to October 15) and Spring semester (generally from January 26 to March 10).

Please be sure to note the Hunter Psi Chi Chapter's application requirements above before submitting your application. If you have not yet met the requirements, you are welcome to apply in a later semester as long as you are still a student at Hunter.
